My teaching is informed by nearly 15 years of exploring yoga in my own body, mind, and spirit. I have been teaching yoga since getting certified in 2011 and am grateful every day for this opportunity to share yoga as an instructor! I teach in a way that is lighthearted, welcoming, accessible, and safe, using props and modifications where appropriate.

Individual private yoga lessons allow me to guide you through a practice that is tailored to you, your body, and your goals. I find great joy in creating an individualized yoga practice for private yoga lessons. In private yoga sessions I will selectively incorporate poses, breathwork and guided meditation specifically for you. I teach in a way that encourages reflection, empowerment and compassion towards one’s self and others. My teaching is heavily influenced by Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative styles of yoga and I incorporate alignment suggestions facilitating a safe and sustainable yoga practice you can maintain the rest of your life.
For individual sessions I am happy to come to your home or your preferred alternate location. Our first meeting will include a discussion of your goals, history, any past injuries, and an introductory practice.
